I'm so glad I picked Quality Removals for my recent move in Canberra! They made the whole process much less stressful. From my first call, the team was great at communicating. The office staff was friendly and clear about everything, including the price. No surprises, which I really appreciated. On moving day, the crew showed up right on time. They were super professional and efficient. You could tell they knew what they were doing! They took really good care of all my stuff. Any furniture that needed it was taken apart and put back together quickly and perfectly. They were all really polite and respectful, too. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. After being let down by another removalist, won't name them but think about the alphabet minus the first letter, who arrived 9 hours late for the booking and then asked for 7 hours upfront before beginning the job. At that point of the day, my level of trust was low so I couldn't agree to this. I then contacted Quality Removals at 6:30 on a Friday evening. I explained the story to them and they managed to get team to my place the next morning at 8:00 who worked tirelessly for 5 hours to complete the job with no fuss at all. When unloading they happily placed large items where I asked them and then moved the item, again, very happily to another location after I changed my mind. If I was them, this would have annoyed the hell out of me, but they really didn't seem bothered at all. They cost a more per hour, but did they job in 2/3 of the time. No deposit required and payment only happened after completion of the job. They were like angels from heaven. I can't express enough gratitude. Highly recommend. Don't hesitate.

I called quality removals last minute on a Friday for a small Saturday move and they got back to me straight away with details and called me half an hour before and did the move without any fuss and both guys were so nice and respectful. I will def be using them again great service.

She followed up our discussion with an email and a quote within 1 hour. On the moving day, Toby and Gabriel were very punctual. They both were polite and handled our items with great care. Made going up and down 4 flights of stairs look easy! They moved everything swiftly, were very cautious so as not to damage anything and their pricing was very competitive and really value for money for how quickly they worked. Loved how personable our movers were with their can do attitude and witty conversations. Will use quality removals again!

We recently used Quality Removals for our 4 bed 2 bed 2 garage home relocation within Gungahlin. Will, Toby and Gabriel were excellent - on time, really careful with our items including squeezing out a leather couch from a tight loungeroom with no damage. They were efficient, with no breakages or scrapes to our furniture or property. The booking process with Mila was clear and straightforward. Quality Removals were absolutely fantastic in moving my household goods. They arrived on time and worked quickly but carefully to pack all my belongings safely, such that nothing was damaged. We were so happy with the punctuality and service! The men did a great job and were very careful with our furniture and took the time to check where we wanted things and if it was okay to park in a certain area. Very happy, great experience from start to finish, will definitely be using them again in the future!
